Job Description
Primary Task: To provide efficient and accurate customer support through a combination of voice and non-voice communication channels, ensuring customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
Respond to consumer questions and concerns by phone, email, chat, and other means of contact.
Send complicated problems to the right departments so they can be resolved.
As needed, create summaries and reports.
Attend training sessions and team meetings.
Keep abreast on updates to services and product
details.
Required Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
