Operations Support Executive Non Voice Domain
Job Description
Duties:
Digital Communication: Clearly, succinctly, and professionally respond to consumer questions via email and live chat platforms.
Data processing and entry: Ensure that customer records, transaction information, and account details are updated and maintained in the company's CRM or database.
Ticket management entails classifying, ranking, and resolving support tickets within the allotted turnaround time (TAT).
Back-Office Operations: Complete back-end duties with exactitude, such as order processing, document verification, and account reconciliation.
Assurance of Quality: Verify that every written correspondence complies with the organization's branding, grammar, and tone standards.
Problem Diagnosis: Examine internal knowledge bases and technical documents
to analyze client concerns and offer "first-time" solutions.
SLA Adherence: In terms of response time and resolution quality, continuously meet or surpass Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Focus Skills:
Excellent mastery of English (or the required language) with a firm grasp of spelling, grammar, and formal tone is known as written fluency.
Typing Proficiency: To manage heavy conversation and data activities, a minimum typing speed of 35 to 45 WPM with 95% accuracy is required.
Analytical Thinking: The capacity to decipher intricate textual requests and offer reasoned, methodical answers.
The capacity to manage two or three live chat sessions at once without sacrificing the quality of the exchange.
