Operations Support Executive Non Voice Domain
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of data into various systems and databases.
SLA Adherence: Ensure all daily tasks are completed within the required Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and productivity targets.
Email Communication: Handle professional communication, primarily via email, to resolve internal queries or gather necessary information from other teams.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities within the non-voice process flow for automation, simplification, or error reduction, and communicate suggestions to the supervisor.
/>Confidentiality: Strictly maintain the confidentiality and security of all sensitive customer and company data.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong ability to focus and maintain concentration during repetitive tasks.
Excellent written communication skills for internal and external email correspondence.
Highly disciplined and self-motivated to meet targets independently.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
