In the world of customer service, not every interaction happens over the phone. A high volume of customer inquiries and back-end tasks from email and chat support to data processing requires a dedicated team to manage efficiently. Without a meticulous and organized approach, we risk long response times, data inaccuracies, and a frustrating experience for our customers
Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Non-Voice Process Executive to be the backbone of our back-end operations and customer support. Your core responsibilities will be:
Customer Support: Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues with precision and empathy via
email and live chat.
Data Management: Accurately performing data entry, updating records, and processing transactions to maintain the integrity of our systems.
Efficiency: Adhering to strict service level agreements (SLAs) and productivity targets to prevent backlogs and ensure timely resolution of all tasks.
Problem-Solving: Researching and resolving complex customer queries by following established protocols and escalating issues when necessary.
Quality & Compliance: Ensuring all work meets our high-quality standards and complies with data privacy and security policies.
Experience: 0 to 4 yrs
Education: Any Basic Degree
