Salary Range : based on skills, and interview performance
Experience Requirement : 0 to 2 yrs
Qualification: 8th,10th, 12th or Above
Location : Chennai
Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday
Responsibilities
Answer incoming and outgoing consumer calls in Tamil.
Answer questions from clients, fix problems, and offer pertinent information and support.
Create a good relationship with clients and make sure they are happy.
Investigate
client concerns, offer suitable fixes, or forward complicated problems to the proper departments.
Make sure you accurately record every customer encounter in the CRM system, including call notes and resolutions.
Skills:
outstanding ability to communicate in Tamil both orally and in writing.
Outstanding customer service with an emphasis on client satisfaction.
Capacity to professionally and sympathetically respond to consumer questions and complaints
