queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide customer support and information.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Document all customer interactions and resolutions
in the system.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
