Job Description
Duties:
Email and Chat Support: Answer consumer questions by email or live chat, offering general information or technical assistance in accordance with business standard operating procedures.
Data entry and processing: Enter and update client data, order information, and financial transactions into the business's ERP system or database with accuracy.
Transaction Management: Examine and handle applications, refunds, and claims while making sure all supporting documentation complies with legal and internal requirements.
Moderation of Content: (If applicable) Keep an eye on and filter user-generated content on community forums or social media to make sure it complies with brand standards.
Troubleshooting: Address ticket-based problems by reviewing client
history and provide detailed, written advice on how to fix them.
Analyze client feedback by classifying persistent problems and bringing them to the attention of management in order to enhance the features of the product or service.
Focus Skills:
Outstanding Writing Skills: The capacity to express ideas in writing with precision, punctuation, and a formal tone.
Typing Proficiency: 40–45 words per minute as a minimum, with 95%+ accuracy.
Analytical Thinking: The capacity to decipher intricate textual instructions and data sets in order to arrive at well-informed conclusions.
Multitasking: The ability to switch between several tabs in a browser, CRM applications, and internal databases at once.
