Your Duties:
Chat & Email Support: Answer live chat questions from customers or oversee a ticket-based email queue, making sure that every response complies with brand standards.
Data management: Using information from digital sources, accurately update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
Problem Diagnosis: Examine screenshots, log files, or transaction histories to diagnose client problems and offer particular technical or account-related fixes.
Social Media Monitoring: To preserve a favorable company image, keep an eye on and reply to consumer remarks or direct
messages on sites like Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter).
Quality Assurance: To reduce "ping-pong" encounters, make sure that all written communication is free of grammatical errors, adheres to the appropriate tone of voice, and offers a comprehensive resolution.
