Job Description
To join our operations team in Chennai, we are looking for a Non-Voice Process Executive who is extremely accurate, efficient, and detail-oriented. Through a variety of written contact methods, such as email, chat, and internal ticketing systems, you will be in charge of responding to consumer questions, processing requests, and resolving problems.
Responsibilities
Write grammatically sound, succinct, and understandable answers that successfully handle client problems.
Complete data entry and documentation activities as accurately and efficiently as possible.
Find and report complicated or unsolved problems to the relevant supervisors or internal teams so they can be looked into further.
Assure rigorous adherence to response
times and resolution rates specified in service level agreements (SLAs).
Finding and reporting any reoccurring problems, patterns, or opportunities for process enhancement will improve overall operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Skills:
strong analytical and reading comprehension abilities to comprehend and respond to consumer questions.
ability to use computers and navigate a variety of software programs, such as chat platforms, email clients, and ticketing/CRM systems.
outstanding precision in information processing and a keen eye for detail.
Educational Qualification: Any Basic graduation
Experience: 3+ yrs
