Your Impact:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Non-Voice Process Executive to join our team in Chennai. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and processing data through written communication channels, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. This role requires excellent written communication skills in English, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, digital environment. Proficiency in Tamil may be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and resolve their issues through email and chat in English and potentially Tamil.
Accurately process and complete various back-office tasks, including data entry, form processing, and record updates
within our Chennai-based systems.
Thoroughly document all customer interactions, actions taken, and resolutions in the designated systems.
Follow up with customers via written communication to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
What you Need:
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address customer issues through written communication.
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to learn and adapt to new software, tools, and processes specific to our Chennai operations.
Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree
