Answer questions and requests from clients using email, chat, social media, and other written means.
Give prompt, accurate information about goods, services, or account information.
Handle client
complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner.
Make sure that all client interactions and case facts are accurately recorded in the business's database or CRM.
Examine client concerns and use the tools at your disposal to offer suitable answers.
