Job Description
To join our vibrant team, we are looking for Non-Voice Process Executives who are driven and results-driven. As part of this position, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service via chat, email, and social media.
What you will do:
Answer consumer questions and efficiently handle problems via chat, email, and other channels as assigned.
Describe goods, services, and corporate policies in a timely and accurate manner.
Accurately and quickly handle consumer orders, requests, and questions.
Respond to consumer enquiries and make sure they are resolved promptly.
In the CRM system, accurately record all customer interactions, including emails, chat logs,
and case resolutions.
What we need:
proficiency in English with outstanding punctuation, grammar, and spelling.
the capacity to write professionally, succinctly, and clearly.
a strong emphasis on the customer and a sincere desire to assist and address their concerns.
the capacity to evaluate consumer questions, pinpoint the underlying causes of problems, and offer workable answers.

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech
