Job Description
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and requests through various channels, including email, chat, and social media.
Provide accurate and timely information and resolve customer issues effectively
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, including emails, chat transcripts, and case notes, within the CRM system.
Update customer information and track resolution times
/>Troubleshoot basic customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to relevant departments
