We are looking for a Non-Voice Process Executive to join our team who is efficient and meticulous. Handling client enquiries and processing data via written communication channels while maintaining accuracy and timeliness is the main duty of this position. Excellent written communication abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the capacity to operate in a fast-paced, digital setting are prerequisites for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email and chat.
Process and complete back-office tasks,
including data entry and form processing.
Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience.
What you Need:
Strong typing skills and computer proficiency.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree
