Desired Outcomes:
You will be in charge of handling and replying to a large number of consumer questions through chat, email, and other online channels. Your outstanding written communication
abilities and your capacity to provide precise and succinct answers will be very important. In order to immediately contribute to our service excellence and efficiency goals, you will address client concerns, offer product information, and keep thorough records in our ticketing system.
