Email & Chat Support: Use formal, grammatically accurate language when responding to consumer questions, grievances, and requests via email or real-time chat platforms.
Back-Office Processing: Accurately complete order processing, document verification, and data entry activities.
Problem Solving: Use internal knowledge sources to analyze client concerns and deliver detailed written solutions.
Transaction management: Handle account modifications, refunds, and cancellations in response to consumer requests made via digital channels.
CRM Documentation:
Keep thorough and precise records of every customer interaction and ticket status in the CRM system.
Social Media Monitoring: Keep an eye on and reply to consumer direct messages or comments on social media sites like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
