What You will do:
Oversee Digital Channels: Email, live chat, and social media platforms will be the main ways you respond to a large number of consumer requests, complaints, and questions.
Solve Problems in Writing: You will assess client concerns, swiftly look for answers, and provide professional, succinct, and understandable written answers that efficiently address the client's question
in the least amount of time.
Assure Accuracy and Speed: You will adhere to stringent response time and resolution time targets (KPIs) while providing accurate information using internal knowledge base articles and tools.
Maintain Compliance: You will ensure that all written records are comprehensive and in accordance with corporate policy by accurately recording all customer interactions, resolution procedures, and pertinent information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
