Job Description
The Non-Voice Process Executive is a "Digital Solutions Expert" who oversees back-office operations and customer contacts via data processing and written communication. Using email, chat, or specialized ticketing systems, your main responsibility is to handle transactions, answer questions, and uphold high service standards. As the "Silent Engine" of the business, you guarantee precision, promptness, and businesslike communication without requiring face-to-face communication. A meticulous professional with outstanding writing abilities and the capacity to multitask across several digital platforms at once is the perfect applicant.

Responsibilities
Written Correspondence: Handle and promptly address consumer questions via email, live chat, or social media platforms.
Data management: Enter and update customer data, order information, or service requests in the ERP or CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with accuracy.
Transaction Processing: Carry out back-end operations such order processing, claim settlements, invoice creation, and KYC verification.

/>Question Resolution: Examine client concerns and offer thorough, "Right-First-Time" solutions based on the company's knowledge base.
SLA Compliance: To preserve operational effectiveness, make sure all jobs are finished within the specified Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Turnaround Time (TAT).
Maintaining a high "Quality Score" requires adhering to the company's brand voice, using proper grammar, and communicating without errors.

Skills:
Outstanding Writing Skills: Proficiency in the necessary language's grammar, punctuation, and professional email protocol.
Typing Proficiency: Focus on 98%+ accuracy while typing at a high pace (usually 35–50 WPM).
Analytical Ability: The capacity to decipher written demands and pinpoint the main problem without the need for spoken explanation.
Technical Savvy: Able to use database software, chat interfaces, and many internet tabs at once.
The ability to identify disparities in data or paperwork throughout the processing stage.
