To join our operations team in Chennai, we are looking for a Non-Voice Process Executive who is efficient and meticulous. Using written communication channels including chat, email, and ticketing systems, you will be in charge of responding to consumer questions, processing requests, and resolving problems. Excellent written communication abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the capacity to deliver precise and prompt solutions are prerequisites for this position.
Responsibilities
Accurately and effectively handle client requests, questions, and concerns via a range of written communication channels, such as chat, email, and online forms, serving a varied clientele.
Give clients written answers that are professional, succinct, and easy to understand. Make sure that all of their questions are answered thoroughly and promptly.
Keep client information private
and closely follow Indian-specific data privacy laws and practices.
