Education: Any Basic Graduation
What You will do:
Oversee Digital Channels: You will interact with a large number of consumer requests, grievances, and questions, mostly via social media, live chat, and email.
Solve Problems in Writing: You will assess client concerns, swiftly look up answers, and create professional, succinct, and understandable written answers that satisfy the client's question
as soon as possible.
Assure Speed and Accuracy: You will use internal knowledge base articles and tools to deliver accurate information while carefully meeting response and resolution time targets (KPIs).
Maintain Compliance: In the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, you will precisely record all customer interactions, resolution procedures, and other information, making sure that all written records are comprehensive and in accordance with business policy.
