Education: Any Basic Degree
What You will do:
Manage Digital Channels: You will deal with a lot of consumer questions, grievances, and requests, mostly via social media, live chat, and email.
Problem-Solve in Writing: You will evaluate client concerns, swiftly look for answers, and write succinct, professional, and understandable written answers that successfully address the customer's inquiry in the least amount of time.
Assure Accuracy and Speed: In order to deliver accurate information while meeting stringent
reaction time and resolution time targets (KPIs), you will make use of internal knowledge base articles and tools.
Maintain Compliance: In the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, you will precisely record all customer interactions, resolution procedures, and other information, making sure that all written records are comprehensive and in accordance with business policy.
Drive Process Improvement: You will identify recurring customer issues or pain points in digital interactions and provide feedback to management and product teams to enhance service and product quality.
