Problem:
Customer involvement is crucial in the connected corporate environment of today, but not all communications take place over the phone. A committed workforce is needed to effectively handle a large volume of client enquiries and back-end tasks, such as data processing and email and chat support. We run the danger of lengthy response times, inaccurate data, and a dissatisfying customer experience if we don't take a methodical and structured approach. Our reputation and consumer trust may be damaged by a poorly run, back-end business,
which would have a direct effect on our bottom line in Chennai and elsewhere.
Role:
