Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and chat.
Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and company policies.
Accurately document customer interactions,
including call details, emails, chat transcripts, and resolutions, in the CRM system.
Skills:
strong English communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
outstanding comprehension and listening abilities.
the capacity to express ideas succinctly and clearly both orally and in writing.
a strong emphasis on the customer and a sincere desire to assist and address their concerns.
