Responsibilities:
Hybrid Communication: Use non-voice channels to process requests after handling incoming or outgoing calls to obtain information.
Blended Task Management: Oversee a process that includes a predetermined proportion of "Talk Time" and "Wrap-up/Back-office Time."
Case Research: While the customer is on hold or in between calls, look into customer issues using a variety of internal databases and software tools.
Documentation & Updating: Keep thorough records in the CRM or ERP system of all customer interactions and transaction statuses.
SLA Adherence: Verify
that data processing and call quality parameters are fulfilled.
Follow-up Coordination: After customers' offline requests have been handled or answered, send them polished follow-up emails or messages.
Problem Solving: Find inconsistencies in client information or records and contact them by phone to get clarification and correct information.
Required Skills:
Verbal Fluency: The ability to speak clearly and professionally in either English or the necessary regional language.
Written Proficiency: Excellent grammar for creating business-like emails and chat replies.
The capacity to navigate complicated software interfaces while using a headset for conversation is known as multitasking.
Analytical Thinking: The capacity to accurately process technical or financial data during the task's "non-voice" phase.
