The future requires Semi-Voice Process Executives who are proficient in both written and spoken language to provide prompt, accurate, and compassionate resolution in all media. What you will do:
Managing a variety of consumer contacts will be your responsibility.
In addition to accurately and quickly responding to customer enquiries via email, live chat, or other non-voice channels, your main responsibilities will involve managing a certain amount of incoming or outgoing voice calls for difficult issues or escalations. You will keep thorough records of every conversation, handle client issues across both channels, and uphold strict standards for written grammar and spoken intelligibility. In order to maximise client satisfaction, your flexibility, effective communication abilities, and dedication to multi-channel service will be crucial.
