Job Description
Your Contribution:
Respond properly to consumer enquiries and handle incoming and outgoing calls.
Offer assistance via email, chat, and voice channels.
Recognise client concerns and promptly address them.
Accurately update CRM systems and record customer interactions.
Observe company policies, compliance requirements, and communication scripts.
Work together with internal teams
to escalate and handle complicated problems.
Maintain client happiness by making sure that high-quality services are provided.
Fulfil performance criteria like quality scores, TAT, SLA, and AHT.
Experience: 4+ yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education:Any Basic Degree
