Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Voice Process Executive headquartered in Chennai, you will serve as our clients' initial point of contact, answering their questions, offering assistance, and making sure their phone conversations are positive. In addition to developing your problem-solving skills and communication and active listening skills, this position will give you the chance to learn about
our products and services and the needs of our customers in the Chennai area. In order to contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction, you will learn how to respond to client enquiries effectively and professionally.
Skills:
basic computer skills and knowledge of the call centre software or CRM systems that are frequently utilised in Chennai.
the capacity to multitask and switch between systems during a call.
strong precision and attention to detail when recording encounters with customers.
the capacity to perform well under duress and properly manage difficult client situations.
Experience: 1 to 6 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
