Key Skills:
Language Proficiency: Reading and writing Malayalam is an added benefit; spoken Malayalam should be spoken with native or almost native proficiency.
English Proficiency: Able to read instruction manuals and input data into software that uses the English language.
The capacity to swiftly comprehend the demands of the client and provide empathetic and clear responses.
Multitasking: The ability to operate a computer (typing at 20–25 WPM) while speaking with a customer.
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
