Responsibilities:
Respond professionally and effectively to a large number of incoming and/or outgoing customer calls, mostly in Malayalam.
Clear communication in Malayalam is ensured by understanding client enquiries, giving correct information, and resolving problems in an efficient and sympathetic
manner.
Reach or surpass key performance indicators (KPIs) for resolution rates, customer happiness, and call handling time.
Even while dealing with difficult Malayalam-speaking clients, always keep a cheerful and professional attitude.
Respect company guidelines, moral principles, and laws pertaining to data protection.
Qualification:
Active listening skills and the ability to understand and empathize with customer needs, demonstrating cultural sensitivity towards Malayalam speakers.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good typing and basic computer navigation skills.
Ability to handle pressure and remain calm during difficult situations.
Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
