Job Description
Responsibilities
Respond politely and professionally to incoming calls from clients, especially those who speak Malayalam.
Actively listen to consumer questions and concerns and provide clarification in Malayalam.
Give clients timely, reliable information about our services in both English and Malayalam.
Effectively and efficiently handle consumer concerns and issues while maintaining clear Malayalam communication and according to set protocols.
Accurately record all client interactions and resolutions in the appropriate systems; this may involve correct English summaries or transliteration.
Assure a seamless handover by elevating
complicated issues to the proper teams for additional research and resolution.
Skills
outstanding ability to communicate verbally in Malayalam using excellent language, a professional tone, and good pronunciation.
Strong problem-solving abilities, as well as the capacity for rapid thought and solution-making.
rudimentary computer literacy and familiarity with pertinent software programs.
