Responsibilities:
Acknowledge client enquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues with tact and empathy while speaking Malayalam clearly.
Access and provide relevant information to clients who speak Malayalam by navigating and using knowledge bases and CRM platforms.
Maintain
detailed and unambiguous records of all client communications, issues, and system fixes.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanour at all times, even when speaking Malayalam with clients.
Participate in training courses to advance your knowledge of processes, products, and customer service.
Educational Qualification: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
Experience: 3+ yrs
