What You will do:
Be the Brand's Voice: You will manage a large number of incoming and/or outgoing consumer calls, offering assistance, responding to questions, and resolving problems with professionalism and compassion in fluent Malayalam.
Real-Time Problem-Solving: To guarantee first-call resolution, you will actively listen to client concerns, promptly determine the underlying source of
the problem, and offer precise, prompt, and efficient solutions.
Uphold High Standards: In both Malayalam and English (for reporting), you will make sure that all verbal communications and documentation follow our company's quality and compliance standards while keeping a clear, professional, and upbeat tone.
Drive Customer Satisfaction: You will work to meet and surpass the first-call resolution (FCR), average handling time (AHT), and customer satisfaction (CSAT) key performance indicators (KPIs).
