Your Duties:
Customer Interaction: Manage the main correspondence with clients in Malayalam while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and clarity.
Resolution of Queries: Respond to consumer inquiries about billing, account information, or service issues by according to established procedures.
Documentation: While the conversation is in Malayalam, accurately record all client contacts, feedback, and complaint details in the CRM software in English.
Inbound/Outbound Support: Handle incoming service requests or make outgoing calls for telecalling, verification, or feedback.
Escalation Management:
Recognize complicated problems that call for higher-level assistance and appropriately forward them to the appropriate department heads.
Product Knowledge: To give Malayalam-speaking callers correct information, be informed about all product changes, special offers, and corporate regulations.
