Job Description:

We are hiring Malayalam Voice Process Executives for a reputed BPO company in Chennai. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to assist Malayalam-speaking customers. Candidates should have good verbal communication in Malayalam, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to resolve customer queries politely and professionally.

This is a full-time voice process role where you will act as the first point of contact for the customer, address concerns, provide information, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls in Malayalam (inbound/outbound)

Provide accurate information and resolve queries

Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team

Work as part of a team to meet daily targets

Qualification & Eligibility:

Minimum: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) / Any Degree

Must be fluent in spoken Malayalam

Basic knowledge of computers and call center etiquette

Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Skills Required:

Good communication in Malayalam

Patience, politeness, and active listening skills

Ability to multitask and handle calls professionally

Basic understanding of customer service and support
