Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from Malayalam-speaking customers with professionalism and empathy.
Understand customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues effectively in Malayalam.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all
times.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Provide feedback on process improvements to enhance customer experience.
Adhere to company policies and ethical standards.
Qualification:
Fluency in Malayalam (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
Good communication skills in English (for internal communication and system navigation).
Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others.
Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
