Who you are:
Use databases to contact current and prospective clients in order to present new financial plans and banking products. Clearly describe the characteristics, interest rates, and qualifying requirements of goods such as credit cards, personal loans, and home loans. Evaluate client financial profiles and needs to identify the banking products that best meet their needs. Arrange meetings with prospective customers in coordination with the local sales team or relationship managers. Accurately and patiently respond to consumer inquiries about documents, processing costs,
and repayment plans. Reach or surpass the department head's monthly conversion goals and daily calling quotas.
