Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound or outbound calls and assisting customers with their queries, complaints, or service requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls (inbound/outbound) professionally
Provide accurate information related to products, services,
or issues
Resolve customer complaints or escalate to the right department
Update call records in CRM or internal systems
Meet daily call and quality targets
Maintain a positive and customer-friendly attitude
Eligibility:
10th / 12th / Any graduate
Good communication skills in English or regional languages (based on process)
Willingness to work in rotational shifts or night shifts (for international process)
Basic computer knowledge
Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
Preferred Skills:
Fluency in English
Experience in BPO / Call Center is a plus
Patience, listening skills, and customer-first mindset
