Job Description
Duties:
Email and Chat Support: Using email or live chat interfaces, professionally and accurately address consumer questions, grievances, and service requests.
Data processing: Correctly input and update transaction records, order details, and customer information into the business's internal database.
Query Resolution: Utilize internal knowledge bases and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to analyze client problems and offer practical answers.
Transaction Management: Take care of back-end duties such processing refunds, canceling orders, verifying accounts, and reviewing KYC paperwork.
Queue management: Keep an eye on and control the number of incoming tickets to guarantee that every task is finished within the
allotted turnaround time (TAT).
Technical Troubleshooting: Give clients who are having technical problems with web apps or digital services some fundamental troubleshooting techniques.
Focus Skills:
Strong grasp of grammar, punctuation, and a formal writing tone characterize excellent written English.
Typing Proficiency: 98% accuracy and a minimum typing speed of 35–40 WPM.
Computer literacy: Able to use web browsers, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), and chat/email programs like Freshdesk or Zendesk.
Analytical Thinking: The capacity to decipher complicated instructions and determine the best course of action in particular situations.
