Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Facility Management: Take charge of the daily maintenance of the office space, making sure that all furnishings, utilities, and office equipment are in top operating order.
Vendor management is the process of finding, negotiating, and maintaining connections with outside suppliers of maintenance, cleaning, stationery, and security services.
Procurement & inventories: Keep track of the office supply and pantry stock inventories, making sure that it is replenished on schedule and within the budget allotted.
Front Office & Hospitality: Manage incoming and departing couriers, call routing, and guest reception.
trip & Logistics: Arrange for employees' trip, including scheduling flights, lodging, and local transportation.
/>Documentation & file: Keep contracts, invoices, and administrative records in an orderly physical and digital file system.
Meeting Coordination: Help plan business events, town halls, and internal meetings, including catering and boardroom setup.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or above
