Your Duties:
Regional Customer Support: Answer incoming calls from customers in Tamil and offer help with issues, service requests, and product specifics.
Query Resolution: Using internal Tamil-language scripts and process standards, analyze client issues and offer precise solutions.
Interpretation and Translation: (If necessary) Convert complex issues or client comments from Tamil to English for internal reporting or escalation.
Call Etiquette & Quality: Uphold a high standard of professional etiquette by making sure calls are answered courteously and within the allotted time frames.
Data
Documentation: When speaking with customers in Tamil, accurately update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system in English.
Feedback Gathering: To enhance regional service delivery, identify recurrent problems that Tamil-speaking consumers have experienced and forward them to the management team.
