Responsibilities:
Respond professionally and effectively to a large number of incoming and/or outgoing customer calls, mostly in Tamil.
Clear communication in Tamil is ensured by understanding client enquiries, giving correct information, and resolving problems in an efficient and sympathetic manner.
Report

complicated problems or unanswered questions to the proper managers or departments.
Reach or surpass key performance indicators (KPIs) for resolution rates, customer happiness, and call handling time.
To improve the general customer experience for our Tamil-speaking clients, offer input on process enhancements and typical customer problems.
Respect company guidelines, moral principles, and laws pertaining to data protection.

Qualification:
strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer navigation abilities and good typing.
the capacity to manage stress and maintain composure in trying circumstances.
patience, a cheerful outlook, and a sincere desire to assist clients.

Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
