Handle inbound and outbound calls in Hindi.

customer support and resolve queries.
Maintain call records and daily reports.

Required Skills:
Fluency in Hindi (spoken & written).
Basic English/Tamil understanding (added advantage).
Good communication & listening skills.
Computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to handle customer issues politely.
