Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information, guidance, and support to customers.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues in a timely manner.
Document all customer interactions and update records accurately in the system.
Escalate
complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when needed.
Achieve individual and team targets related to call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of professionalism, communication, and customer service at all times.
