Job Description
As the main point of contact for clients, the Tamil Voice Process Executive will answer incoming and/or outgoing calls only in Tamil in order to answer questions, handle problems, give information, and handle client requests. The CEO must retain language and cultural awareness while guaranteeing
high client satisfaction and prompt resolution.
