What You will do:
Be the Brand's Voice: You will handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound customer calls, providing support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues with professionalism and a helpful attitude.
Problem-Solve in Real-Time: You will actively listen to customer concerns, quickly identify the root cause of the issue, and provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions to ensure first-call resolution.
Uphold High Standards:
You will ensure all verbal communication and documentation adhere to our company's quality and compliance standards, maintaining a clear, professional, and positive tone.
Drive Customer Satisfaction: You will strive to achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction (CSAT), first-call resolution (FCR), and average handling time (AHT).
Maintain Records: You will accurately enter and update customer information and details of the interaction in our database and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
