Duties:
Customer Interaction: Manage a large number of calls effectively to guarantee short wait times and excellent customer satisfaction ratings (CSAT).
Resolution of Questions: Identify and address client concerns, from technical troubleshooting to account questions and billing disputes.
Information Provision: Give clients and potential clients accurate information about the company's policies, goods, and services.
Sales and Lead Generation: (For outbound roles) Make follow-up or cold calls to accomplish sales goals, qualify prospects, and spark interest.
Escalation management is the process of identifying complicated problems that call for expert assistance and forwarding them to
the relevant department or supervisor.
Feedback Gathering: To help the business enhance its offerings and service delivery procedures, ask customers for their opinions.
Compliance: Follow stringent quality assurance guidelines, privacy regulations (such as GDPR or HIPAA), and communication protocols.
Focus Skills:
Communication: Outstanding oral clarity and fluency in the necessary language (English/Regional).
Active listening is the capacity to comprehend the requirements and feelings of a consumer without interjecting.
Typing Speed: The capacity to swiftly log data and navigate systems while speaking (minimum 30 WPM).
