Responsibilities
Effectively and professionally handle both incoming and outgoing client calls.
Customers' concerns should be carefully considered, and you should react to them with empathy and support.
Examine client issues and provide solutions that are feasible.
Enter client information and characteristics of interactions into the database correctly.
Continue to maintain up-to-date and structured customer records.
Pay attention to the company's policies and procedures when handling data and communicating with clients.

Qualification:
Preferably, you have demonstrated expertise in a voice processing or customer service function.
outstanding communication skills both in writing and speaking.
strong problem-solving and listening abilities.
the capacity to maintain composure and professionalism under duress.
proficiency with CRM applications and computer systems.

Location : Chennai
Working Hours : 8 Hours, Monday to Saturday
