Responsibilities
Respond to consumer questions and offer assistance via a variety of written and spoken channels (such as chat, email, and sporadic phone calls).
Provide timely, courteous answers to consumer questions to guarantee a high degree of client satisfaction.
Accurately and quickly handle consumer orders, requests, and transactions.
All client communications and resolutions should be recorded in the system.
Use the resources at your disposal to troubleshoot customer difficulties and offer
suitable solutions.

Proficiency in using computer applications and customer service software.
