Job Description
Duties:
Bilingual Support: To help clients with their service needs, take incoming calls and speak Malayalam and basic English fluently.
Problem Diagnosis: Pay close attention to determine the underlying reason of a customer's problem and then address it step-by-step in accordance with corporate policy.
Data Calibration: To guarantee 100% accurate account history, accurately update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with call notes.
Protocol Proofing: Make sure all information is correct and beneficial by adhering to the company's standard scripts and service criteria.
Quality Audit: Verify that the customer is satisfied and that all
issues have been resolved at the conclusion of each conversation.
Focus Skills:
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Malayalam, both in speaking and comprehending, and the capacity for professional communication.
Active listening: the ability to rapidly understand client demands and deliver accurate, timely responses.
Computer Fundamentals: Able to navigate office applications and data entry panels while speaking using a keyboard and mouse.
Soft Skills: Comprehensive understanding of phone manners, such as maintaining composure during challenging discussions and using a courteous tone.
