Job Description:
Through written and digital means, the non-voice process executive is in charge of overseeing business operations and client interactions. Your main means of communication, in contrast to voice roles, are email, live chat, or back-end ticketing systems. As the "silent" face of the business, you will handle complicated problems, give product details, and execute transactions with precision and professionalism. The ideal applicant is a proficient writer who can multitask across multiple chat windows while still meeting quality standards and responding quickly.

Key Duties:
Digital Communication: Quickly, accurately, and professionally answer consumer questions by email and live chat.
Ticketing and Case Management: Handle support tickets in a

Help Desk system, making sure that every case is handled all the way through to completion.
Using empathy and problem-solving techniques, resolve client concerns in writing to defuse tense situations without resorting to verbal communication.
Accuracy & Documentation: Keep thorough records of every interaction in the CRM system to guarantee a smooth "paper trail" for future use.
SLA Compliance: Pay close attention to measurements such as Average Resolution Time (ART) and First Response Time (FRT) and follow stringent Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Ensure that all written correspondence adheres to the company's brand voice and is formatted, punctuated, and grammatically correct.
